Individual Psychotherapy

Also known as talk therapy or counseling, is a form of mental health treatment involving a trained therapist working one-on-one with a client to help them address and manage their emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, gain insight into their issues, and develop strategies to cope with or overcome them.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on improving the dynamics and functioning of a family or other close-knit groups. It is based on the idea that an individual's psychological well-being and behavior are closely tied to the dynamics of their family or social system. Family therapy is designed to help family members understand and resolve conflicts, improve communication, and develop healthier relationships.

Performance Psychotherapy

Performance psychotherapy focuses on helping individuals, often athletes or performers, enhance their mental and emotional skills to improve their overall performance and well-being in their chosen field. While the primary focus is on sports and performance, the principles and techniques used in performance psychotherapy can be applied to various domains where high-performance expectations exist, including music, dance, public speaking, and business.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Also known as KAP is an emerging form of psychotherapy that combines the use of the anesthetic drug ketamine with therapeutic sessions to address a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mood disorders. Ketamine is used in a controlled and supervised clinical setting, and it differs from traditional psychotherapy in that it can provide rapid relief from symptoms, potentially making it an option for those who haven't responded well to other treatments.
